This policy describes the local development version of AI Merge Games. Live AI generation and purchases are currently disabled.
If you create an account, the application stores your account details, authentication records and essential session information. Password handling is provided by the authentication service; passwords are not stored as readable text.
When generation becomes available, we store your game inspirations, prompt, generation status, resulting code, thumbnail and credit history so you can access your private library. The browser may store an active task identifier to resume progress after you leave the page.
Session cookies keep you signed in. The template can record the first referral source in a cookie. The active-generation identifier is stored locally on your device and removed when the task finishes. No optional analytics, advertising or third-party support service is configured by default.
When a provider is configured and you request generation, your game design input and relevant repair diagnostics are sent to that provider. Account passwords, payment credentials and session tokens are not included in generation prompts. The provider's own data policy also applies. A provider must be selected and its disclosure updated before public generation opens.
Purchases are unavailable. Stripe sandbox integration is reserved for administrator testing. If payments open later, Stripe will process payment information and the application will retain order and credit records. Card details are not intended to be stored by this application.
Your generated games are private by default. You can delete a game from your library; deletion removes it from normal access and uses a soft-delete record in the database. Database backups, when configured by the operator, may retain copies until their normal retention period ends.
The game player runs on a separate origin from the account application. Generated game logic is not given account credentials. Information is retained while needed to operate the account and service; this local version has no automated retention schedule or backup service.
Use the account support section for privacy requests. A public operator identity and contact address must be supplied before this local version is offered as a public service.
