These terms describe the local development version of AI Merge Games. Live generation and purchasing are not available.
The application provides three premade original browser games and educational material. Planned AI creation combines gameplay inspirations into an original 2D browser prototype. It does not merge installed commercial games or supply their files.
Keep your login details secure. Do not use the application to access another person's private games, interfere with the service or bypass generation limits.
Only submit material you are entitled to use. Do not request redistribution of proprietary game files, stolen assets or impersonation of another creator. Named games remain the property of their respective owners; this project does not claim affiliation with their publishers.
AI output, once available, may contain errors or require refinement. Startup checks do not guarantee completeness, game balance, originality in a legal sense or suitability for commercial distribution. Review downloaded code before using it outside the provided sandbox.
No paid products are currently offered. Future packs, prices, expiry and purchase terms must be published before checkout opens. A failed generation returns its generation credit once; playing an existing game does not consume another credit.
External links lead to independently operated services. Their own requirements and terms apply. We do not host their installers or guarantee their capabilities.
This version is provided for local development and evaluation. Features may change or be unavailable. Important account information and original work should be backed up before deployment or major changes.
